Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., but don’t hesitate to check with the front desk in case your room is ready early, or start your vacation early by visiting our pool deck. Our only request is that you scream “cannonball” before you jump in.

We never like to see our guests leave the beach, but check-out will be at 11 a.m. the morning of your departure. If you need to leave a little later, that’s cool too, just let the Front Desk know so we can let you sleep in.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book a room. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and booked in a private room.

The Surf & Sand Hotel on Pensacola Beach is located on the bayside of the island, with a small but intimate beach and pool behind our hotel. We are within walking distance of the Sandshaker, where you can grab a drink, sing karaoke and dance all night; the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk; Casino Beach Bar & Grill, the beautiful white sandy beaches of Pensacola Beach and the Pensacola Beach Pier, where you can fish or enjoy the Gulf breeze while looking for local wildlife.

By taxi or Uber, expect to pay between $40 to upwards of $60 depending on the traffic and season. You can also book a shuttle straight from the hotel to the airport here or here.

We have plenty of on-site parking available for $10/day.

Our free breakfast is pretty cool and saves you money. On top of that, you can borrow kayaks, paddleboards, floats and bikes at no cost if you are a Surf & Sand Hotel Pensacola Beach guest. Just check availability at the Front Desk!

We do offer free Wi-Fi, and it’s fast. If you need help connecting, feel free to ask one of our staff members, we’ll give you the password. Although, we highly encourage you to disconnect from your phone and reconnect with your friends/nature/beach.

Heck yeah! Our outdoor pool deck overlooks the Little Sabine Bay. Grab a float and relax.

Duh! We offer free continental breakfast every day from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., with make-your-own waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal, biscuits, fruit, cereal and more. And none of it tastes like cardboard.
